It appears Usher was getting things lined up before announcing that he and his wife, Grace Miguel, were splitting up on Tuesday. "After much thought and consideration we have mutually decided to separate as a couple. We remain deeply connected, loving friends who will continue supporting each other through the next phases of our lives,” they announced yesterday.
TMZ reports that two weeks before this announcement, Usher had put their L.A. crib on the market. Asking for $4.2 million dollars, the singer’s pad is a 4,261 square foot Spanish home with 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, situated right behind the famed Chateau Marmont on the Sunset strip. The house is being listed by Anna Marie Simpliciano of Hilton & Hyland.
This isn't the only home that the couple are trying to sell either. The media outlet also reports that the couple also have a home in Georgia as well that they're trying to get rid of. That home contains 7 bedrooms & 10 bathrooms, while being listed for a reduced price of $1.699 million dollars.
The couple had been married since 2015, before announcing Tuesday that they were splitting up amid all the herpes allegations over these past few months.
